Hello Everyone,
Well, this has been a long wait for my report on the 2009 Ford Ironman we just experienced in Kona,Hi. To be honest it has taken me this long (a month from tomorrow) to digest all the experiences and things we had during this very exciting week. Here is a quick preview of the actual race and I'll report soon...promise....

Hey Marion, hoe is het met jullie? Ik kom hier regelmatig een kijkje nemen in de hoop dat er al een update is. Wij zijn erg benieud om jullie ervaring te lezen. Patrick is ook heel actief bezig en heeft zich ingeschreven voor een halve ironman in het voorjaar. Wie weet gaan we ooit ook nog eens naar Hawaii :)
