Hi Everyone,I know, it is pretty crazy, but I am just so proud of my husband. Another Ironman in sight and I think he'll do fantastic. We're very excited.
I decided to make some new shirts for this race. The ones from August 2007 are a bit faded since we wore them so much and the kids have outgrown theirs as well. Our colors this year will be Indigo blue with white lettering and also Maroon with Yellow lettering. The only difference with the vineman shirts is that these will say: Arizona '08 on the front. Should be pretty cool. Again, Randy's screenprinting from San Diego has come through. They are awesome!! What do you think?
We leave tomorrow in the late afternoon so that Joey won't miss school and Jose can work another day without having to take the day off. We should be in Tempe late in the evening Thursday. I still have so much to do before we go. I am not prepared at this point, so I'm sure I'll be working until late in the night to get everything ready.
I really look forward to seeing Team Trifecta as well there. Haven't seen most of them since Vineman. I'm sure it will be a blast. Well, good luck to everyone participating in this race and we'll let you know how it goes. Anything can happen on a day like this, so we just have to pray that we won't run into any issues during the race.
