On Sunday, the day before the Marathon, the Women's Olympic Trials were held in Boston. It was extremely exciting and a great way for Jose to get pumped up for his race the next day. Again, an amazing finish, where Deena Kastor, was able to pass the #1 runner (from CA) when she was over 2 miles behind her!! What great strength!! I was in the apartment with the kids giving Joey his breathing treatments. He had another "astma" situation when we arrived there. I wanted to make sure he would be "good to go" for Monday, which would be our big day. He did great!!
