I catch Jose watching this video so many times. He loves this song and it is beautiful. He says he thought about them during his run quite a bit today. According to Jose, this is really an Ironman :0)

We went to look at this and it was really neat to see the kids compete. They are so competitive. One girl threw up at the finish because she really gave it her all. Go figure...future athletes in the making.
